What this site does today
The current site is a static public website that explains VelaShift, VelaShift Flow, trust posture, and contact paths. It does not currently provide a logged-in account area on this domain.
The site includes a first-party contact page with separate creator and partner intent paths, a newsletter subscription widget (weekly digest), and a future-interest Studio path. Each intake path collects only the information it describes: name, email address, intent selection, and any additional context you choose to share. Submissions are handled through Cloudflare Pages Functions and routed to the VelaShift CRM — they are not stored in a public-facing database.
Information we receive
If you email VelaShift directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message. If you follow a link into the separate Flow application lane, that lane may have its own product-specific data handling and policies.
- We do not promise that email is an encrypted or zero-retention channel.
- Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information through casual outreach.
- Use the minimum context needed for your request or inquiry.
Basic website request data
Like most public websites, the hosting and delivery layers for velashift.com may process basic request metadata needed to serve the site and keep it operating safely. That can include information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs, and similar edge or server logs.
Analytics and tracking
This public site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. It reports aggregate page views and basic visit metrics needed to operate the site responsibly. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking networks are used.
Third-party destinations
Some calls to action may route you into your own email client or, when relevant, to the separate Flow domain at flow.velashift.com. Those destinations are operationally distinct from this static website and may have their own product-specific handling or policies.
